Shipping & Returns
We proudly offer FREE shipping for ALL ORDERS that are shipped by us! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before shipping it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
At Des and Paul Y’all, we love discovering new and fun product. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
For Third Party Products:
Some of the things we promote on our website are from third party vendors. Once you leave our site you are then bound to the terms and conditions on that site. If you have any issues or need to make a return please contact the website you placed your order on.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
By placing an order on Des and Paul Y’all, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Des and Paul Y’all. Please refer to our Return Policy below for further information on how to make a return.
Des and Paul Y’all is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com.
To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please follow the steps below.
- Contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return and confirm that you indeed can return the item.
- Once confirmed, return the new, unopened items to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. — For any product valued over $10 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
- Once we receive your return and inspect to make sure there aren’t any damages we will issue your refund. You will receive an email confirming the funds being returned.
-Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
-Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we can not accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
-We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for designated return process).
Terms & Conditions of Returns
To begin initiating a return, within 14 calendar days of delivery please follow the steps above.
-We encourage customers to carefully read our Returns Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return to avoid disappointment.
-We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount or discount code of 25% or more, from our full retail price.
-Due to the custom made nature of some of our handmade products we cannot accept returns/exchanges or offer refunds for any handmade item.
-Refunds or store credit will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive your return at our return address (listed above).
-We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced items.
-Exchanges are provided through store credit for eligible items only.
-We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
-Items must be in their brand-new, unused condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please keep the email receipt.
-Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund or store credit will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
-All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return. Gift cards purchased and store credit issued by Des and Paul Y’all cannot be exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges and governmental taxes are non-refundable.
-Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. If you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at contact@ desandpaulyall.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
-The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
